What Five Days at the January Goa Retreat Actually Look Like

The January YouFinder retreat runs from 22–26 January 2027 at 360 Agonda in South Goa. That means five days and four nights, with a maximum of 12 participants. The intention is to have enough shape to the days that you can settle in, and enough space that the whole trip does not feel like a timetable to complete.

This is a guide to the proposed programme. Session titles, exact times and the outdoor route can change with the group, facilitators and conditions. The final schedule is shared before arrival.

Friday, 22 January: arrive before trying to do anything

The suggested arrival window is 2–4 pm, with final check-in timing confirmed before travel. Put your bag down, find your room and get to know the common spaces. The proposed introduction begins in pairs and with a light group activity, rather than asking everyone for a long personal story.

The first evening is deliberately easy: dinner, conversation and perhaps music or a game. You can also take time to yourself. Travel takes energy; the opening day leaves room for that.

Saturday, 23 January: try, talk, pause

The plan includes optional movement, breakfast and a creative session using colour, collage or simple drawing. You do not need art experience, and you choose what you want to explain about what you make.

Later, pair-listening prompts give conversation a little structure. Lunch and free time follow, with cooperative games and dinner in the evening. The free afternoon is part of the plan, not an empty space waiting to be filled.

Sunday, 24 January: a little more time to notice

An optional beach walk or run is followed by breakfast and a short grounding and breath-awareness practice. Walking is a valid choice; this is not a fitness test.

The creative reflection considers what takes and gives energy in everyday life. A conversation about boundaries uses guided prompts, and you can pass on any question. Meals and rest sit between the sessions. The evening stays gentle ahead of the outdoor day.

Monday, 25 January: take the day outside

After breakfast and a briefing, the group plans to explore part of South Goa. The route is chosen for January conditions. Walking demands, transport and activity arrangements need to be understood from the final plan rather than assumed from a photograph.

There is time for a local food stop, noticing the surroundings and resting. The last evening returns to dinner, music and easy company at the property.

Tuesday, 26 January: leave without rushing the goodbye

The proposed morning includes breakfast, a closing circle and a private note or keepsake to take home. Speaking is optional. Exchange contact details if you want to; nothing needs to be made into a promise.

The plan closes by late morning, but final check-out and departure times are confirmed before onward travel. Leave a comfortable buffer, particularly if you are travelling on a tight connection.

A few practical details matter

360 Agonda is approximately 700 metres from Agonda Beach, not directly on it. The package includes four nights in your confirmed category and the hosted programme. Your written booking summary specifies meals, the final total and other inclusions. Flights and transfers should not be assumed included.

These are reflective group experiences, not clinical therapy. Participation, personal disclosure and touch are choices. If something about the format needs discussing, do that before booking.

See rooms, prices and the complete January programme. A question about the days is a perfectly good place to start.

Keep exploring
