Planning Your YouFinder Goa Retreat Budget: Rooms and Costs to Check

A retreat budget should answer a simple question: what will this whole trip cost me? The room price is the beginning of that conversation. For YouFinder’s 22–26 January 2027 Goa retreat, the published prices are per participant for the five-day, four-night experience. Here is how to read them before making plans.

From the YouFinder archive. This photograph shows an earlier gathering, not the forthcoming Goa edition.
Start with your room
Garden-view twin sharing starts at ₹45,000 per participant. Pool-view twin sharing is listed at ₹49,000, and sea-view twin sharing at ₹55,000. Garden-view single occupancy starts at ₹58,000. Pool-view and sea-view single occupancy need a separate quotation.
Twin sharing means choosing a shared room category. Before paying, confirm the bed arrangement, who you will share with and how room matching works. A view describes the room category; it does not mean the venue is on the beach. The retreat is at 360 Agonda, approximately 700 metres from Agonda beach.
The “from” on a price matters. Availability and your chosen arrangement affect the final offer. Ask the team to put the room category, occupancy and total payable in the same message, so there is no need to piece them together later.
Put the journey beside the retreat price
Keep a separate line in your budget for travel to Goa, getting to Agonda and returning to the airport or station. Do not assume a transfer is included unless your booking confirmation says so. Add any extra night you want before or after the retreat, rather than hoping an early arrival or late departure will fit the room booking.
For food, ask for the exact included meal schedule and dietary arrangements. Then allow for anything outside it: a café stop, drinks, an additional meal or a personal purchase. Ask whether taxes or other charges remain outside the quoted total. We would rather answer these questions before you book than leave you doing arithmetic on arrival.
Check the commitment, too
The retreat’s published cancellation position is non-refundable, with the possibility of moving to the next available batch. Read the current terms and ask about transfer conditions before committing. Being comfortable with that commitment is part of deciding whether this is the right trip, not an awkward question to leave until later.
The group is capped at 12 participants. The dates cover four accommodation nights: 22, 23, 24 and 25 January. If work or travel means you will miss part of the retreat, ask the team how that affects your booking rather than assuming there is a shorter-stay price.
A message you can send us
“I’m considering the January retreat. Please quote for my preferred room, including the final amount, taxes, meals, activities, transfers, payment schedule and cancellation or transfer terms.” Add any dietary, access or sharing needs that would affect your decision.
See the January retreat and ask for your quotation. Choose the budget that lets you arrive comfortably, with a little room for the journey around it.
