Planning Your Journey to Agonda for YouFinder
Before booking your journey, confirm which YouFinder experience you are attending, its arrival window and the exact venue pin. The Festival in December 2026 and the Retreat in January 2027 both take place at 360 Agonda, but their check-in and closing arrangements are different.

A little planning now leaves more room to enjoy arriving.
Put the right dates into your travel search
Festival stay guests arrive on 4 December 2026. Rooms are available from noon, and the published plan asks guests to arrive before noon for settling in. The stay covers the nights of 4 and 5 December. Festival closing and room checkout are at noon on 6 December. Pass-only access is for 5–6 December, with Saturday the full day and Sunday a closing morning.
The January retreat runs from 22–26 January 2027, covering four nights. Its proposed arrival window is 2–4 p.m. on 22 January, followed by a late-morning closing on 26 January. Confirm the final check-in and checkout instructions with the team before choosing a tight travel connection.
Compare the whole route, not only the ticket
Goa has flights into Dabolim and Manohar International Airport at Mopa. For this South Goa venue, the YouFinder retreat information recommends looking at Dabolim; Mopa involves a longer onward journey. A cheaper flight may still suit you, but add the ground journey and its cost before deciding.
For rail travel, check services to Madgaon and ask about the onward transfer to Agonda. If you are considering a bus, verify the operator’s actual stop and arrival time. A service described as going to Goa may leave you some distance from your room.
Use current airline, airport, rail or bus information when booking. We do not publish a fixed transfer time here because traffic, arrival point and the actual service affect it. Ask the local transfer provider for a realistic pickup and journey estimate for your date.
Ask what the transfer includes
Do not assume airport or station transport is included in your booking. Ask whether the team can help arrange it, what it costs, who you will contact on arrival and what happens if your service is delayed. Save the venue pin and contact number before the journey.
360 Agonda is inland rather than beachfront. For the retreat, the published distance to Agonda beach is approximately 700 metres. Confirm the actual route and any access needs; a short distance can still involve steps or an uneven path.
Leave enough room to say goodbye
Optional Festival kayaking is planned after closing on 6 December, subject to conditions, clearance and suitability. If you want to join, wait for the confirmed slot before fixing a close onward departure.
For either experience, an extra night can make sense if your transport timing would otherwise mean missing the beginning or rushing away. Book that separately and confirm the room rather than assuming an extension is available.
