4. CONSENT AND LAWFUL USE

Where consent is required, we will seek consent that is free, specific, informed, unconditional and capable of withdrawal. You may withdraw consent by contacting us. 5. SENSITIVE AND SAFETY-RELATED INFORMATION

Health, dietary, accessibility, emergency-contact and safety information is collected only where relevant to your request or participation. Access is limited to persons who reasonably require it. 8. RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, safety, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. When retention is no longer required, data may be securely deleted or anonymised.

9. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No online system or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
