2017
Mudhouse, Jibhi Valley
In September 2017, we opened Mudhouse in the Tirthan and Jibhi region. People came for the mountains, then stayed around the table. Some extended their stays. Some came back. Shoonya
Himalayan Cabin · 2018
A cabin has fewer people, more quiet and more intimacy. Himalayan Cabin taught us that community does not always need a crowd. Sometimes four people around a table create more connection than forty people in a common room.
2019
Karyashaala, Bir
By 2019, simply hosting travellers was not enough. Karyashaala became a co-creation space for ideas, workshops, experiments and conversations. In roughly a year, more than one hundred collaborations and creations passed through the space.
FIKA GADAGUSHAINI · 2021
Fika was quieter, more remote and more village. Farms, river walks, sunlight through windows, local food and nowhere urgent to go. It taught us not to fear empty time.
Finding our rhythm together
THE EARLY YOUFINDERS
At first, we were still figuring out what it was. Some editions leaned reflective, some toward art, travel, adventure or conversation. The language changed, but people kept arriving for an experience and remembering the people.

YOUFINDER FESTIVAL · HIMACHAL · 2023
One hundred people came to Tungasi Dhar and Gadagushaini at 10,000 feet for our first Festival. Music, mindfulness, art, movement and cold mountain evenings. It was YouFinder turned all the way up.
Goa Retreat (2026)
Evolution into Retreats, Socials and Festival.

Goa changed the rhythm. Fika became another little laboratory for hospitality as a setting, not only a service. In 2026, a small YouFinder group spent five days together in South Goa with art, reflection, movement, a waterfall, slow mornings, food, quiet and a lot of laughter.

I did not begin with a master plan to build a community company. Hospitality became community. Community became co-creation. Co-creation became experiences. Experiences became YouFinder. A lot of it only made sense looking backward.

THEY ALL REMEMBERED SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Preet called it a rare offering. Manaswin remembered feeling peaceful, connected and more aware of herself. Asim described it honestly: positive, sometimes overwhelming, and helpful in finding clarity.
Same five days. Different YouFinders. Good. We do not want everyone leaving with the same story. That would probably mean we designed the experience too tightly.
